3. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes and estimates are based on the information available when the quote is prepared, which may include photographs, window counts, measurements, property information, service selections, condition, and access details.

If actual conditions at the property differ materially from the information provided, Pacific Coast Exteriors may revise the scope or price before completing affected work.

Any material pricing change will be communicated before the additional or modified work proceeds.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, a quote does not guarantee permanent availability and may be subject to change after a reasonable period.

4. Scheduling and Property Access

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable and safe access to the areas included in the scheduled service.

Depending on the service, customers may be responsible for:

• Providing accurate property and contact information.
• Providing access to required gates, yards, windows, rooms, or other service areas.
• Moving or securing furniture, decorations, planters, vehicles, and other loose items when reasonably requested.
• Closing windows and doors where appropriate.
• Identifying known leaks, damaged windows, fragile materials, failed seals, or other property concerns.
• Securing pets away from active service areas.
• Providing access to agreed utilities or facilities when required for the service.
• Obtaining permission from the property owner or another authorized party when necessary.

5. Weather, Safety, and Service Changes

Exterior services may be delayed, rescheduled, modified, or declined because of weather, unsafe conditions, inaccessible areas, equipment concerns, property conditions, or other circumstances that could affect safety or service quality.

Pacific Coast Exteriors may decline to perform work where we reasonably believe the requested service could damage a surface, create an unsafe condition, or produce an unsuitable result.

6. Existing Damage and Surface Limitations

Cleaning and restoration services can reveal pre-existing conditions that were previously obscured by dirt, water deposits, buildup, or other material.

These conditions may include failed window seals, scratches, cracked glass, deteriorated caulking, oxidation, staining, mineral deposits, paint damage, fading, surface wear, loose components, or water intrusion.

Pacific Coast Exteriors is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defective materials, improper installation, hidden structural problems, or natural deterioration that becomes visible during or after service.

Some staining, mineral deposits, oxidation, scratching, fading, etching, or other permanent surface changes may not be fully removable.

7. Customer Property

Customers should remove or secure fragile, valuable, loose, or water-sensitive items from active service areas before work begins.

Pacific Coast Exteriors is not responsible for loss or damage involving items that were not reasonably disclosed, protected, moved, or secured after appropriate preparation instructions were provided.

8. Payment

Payment is due according to the quote, invoice, booking confirmation, or other written agreement provided for the service.

Customers are responsible for applicable taxes and any additional work or charges specifically approved before completion.

Any deposits, minimum service amounts, cancellation fees, or other special payment terms will apply only when communicated as part of the applicable quote, booking, invoice, or written agreement.

Unpaid balances may result in suspension of future service or lawful collection activity.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers should provide as much notice as reasonably possible when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

If a cancellation, rescheduling, dispatch, or access-related charge applies to a particular service, that charge will be communicated in connection with the applicable booking or service agreement.

10. Service Concerns

Customers are encouraged to review the completed work when reasonably possible and communicate service concerns promptly.

If an area included within the agreed service appears to have been missed or requires review, Pacific Coast Exteriors may inspect the concern and determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and agreed service scope.

Satisfaction-focused service does not guarantee removal of permanent staining, mineral etching, oxidation, defects, damage, wear, or conditions outside the agreed scope of service.

11. Photographs and Service Records

Pacific Coast Exteriors may take photographs, videos, measurements, or other records of service areas for quoting, documentation, quality review, safety, training, or dispute resolution.

Identifiable customer information or identifiable private-property imagery will not be used publicly for marketing without appropriate permission where required.

12. Website Information

Website content is provided for general informational purposes.

Pacific Coast Exteriors may update services, pricing, availability, promotions, website content, and policies as appropriate.

General website descriptions do not replace a property-specific quote, invoice, booking confirmation, or other written agreement.
